It doesn’t appear that family members of Chiefs players are happy with the media narratives leading up to Sunday’s Super Bowl.
All week long nearly every sports news outlet has asked whether Patrick Mahomes will be able to overtake Tom Brady as the greatest QB of all-time.
ESPN went as far as to name Mahomes the “Baby GOAT” to Brady.
In honor of Super Bowl LV, Twitter is celebrating Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady.
Tweet any of these hashtags for the Baby GOAT vs. Big GOAT emoji:#PatrickMahomes #Mahomes#TomBrady#Brady

Travis Kelce’s girlfriend Kayla Nicole immediately took issue with ESPN’s tweet.
I’d like to go on record and say that I think it’s corny y’all calling a grown man a “baby” goat. And I hope you eat your words tomorrow. Thank you, that is all. 🙂 https://t.co/PjF2J46iXB

You wanna be called a “baby” in comparison to a BIG GOAT? lmao There’s better options.

Mahomes’ fiancée Brittany Matthews agreed with Nicole on Twitter.

Matthews has gone on record several times stating that she hates the fact that Mahomes is being constantly compared with other QBs.
Why do we constantly have to compare players, I don’t understand it🤷🏼♀️ Just let them be who they are👏🏼
