There was a bizarre scene in the middle of the Gervona Davis-Hector Luis Garcia fight on Saturday night.
In the middle of the 8th round, the fight had to be stopped because a scuffle went down ringside at the Capital One arena in DC.
There's a dispute in the crowd at ringside and the referee paused the fight because of it in Round 8. Seen many fights in the crowd over the year but never seen action paused by ref. #DavisGarcia

According to Fight Hub’s Marcos Villegas, Meek Mill got heated with pro boxer Gary Russell Jr and his entourage.
Just spoke to @StephenEspinoza told me Meek Mill and the Russell’s got into it ringside. It was over cheering for and against Gervonta.

For those that don’t know. Tank and Gary Russell don’t get along. Meek was more than likely cheering for Tank and Gary probably felt a way. Although if I don’t like you I’m probably not buying ringside seats to your fight
