Tom Brady is adding some fuel to the fire on whether friend and former teammate Rob Gronkowski will return to play for the Bucs another season. The two were seen Tuesday morning taking some batting practice at a local baseball field.
Brady’s love for baseball is well known. The Tampa Bay Buccaneer was once an MLB Draft pick for the Montreal Expos.

He ultimately turned down that offer and went on to play football at the University of Michigan. The rest, as they say, is history.
Brady and Gronk have remained close friends throughout their careers in the NFL. Both opted to make the move from New England to Tampa Bay when Brady left the Patriots. They then both chose to retire following the 2021 season.
Brady’s stint in retirement didn’t last long, as he announced in a matter of weeks that he’d be back for 2022. Gronk, however, hasn’t made a decision.
There has been speculation that he will eventually return, though Gronk, himself, has said it’s up to how he feels this offseason.
This latest video of the two Tampa Bay superstars has fans all in a stir.

While some commented on the speculation of Gronk and Brady reuniting, most were just there to talk about Brady’s left-handed cuts. A few MLB teams and players got in on the action, too, posting some hilarious responses.

Time will tell if the two reunite in Tampa for the 2022 season. But it looks like their having some fun this offseason until a decision is made.
