Saquon Barkley is not a regular human being and I mean this in the best of ways. He’s physically capable of feats that I wouldn’t imagine in my wildest dreams.
Case in point, Saquon was filmed box squatting almost 500 pounds. It was so much weight the bar was bending. If I were to ever attempt this my body would simply snap in half and I’m in pretty decent shape these days. But I could work out twice a day for the rest of my life and still never come anything close to the results that Saquon’s capable of.
Check it out. This is unreal. I write this as I shovel another handful of ChexMix into my mouth, the second bag I’ve opened this week.

And here’s a throwback to the time he made mincemeat of 405-pounds back in college. IN COLLEGE.

I’m not even ashamed to admit that I haven’t showered before noon but once this week and that morning was only because I rode the Peloton before I started working. Yes, I’m a Peloton owner. Yes, I didn’t broadcast that back in December when the company was getting blasted for their outrageous TV commercials. And yes, I’m stoked that I have a way to do cardio at home as we all hunker down for the foreseeable future.
