UFC press conferences have been getting very personal lately.
Earlier this week, Colby Covington found himself under fire when he mocked Leon Edwards’ dead father at the UFC 296 press conference.
A day later, Dricus Du Plessis took a shot at Sean Strickland by saying that he was going to beat him worse than his dad did.

“Why are you so angry? You think your dad beat the sh– out of you? Your dad doesn’t have sh– on me…evey childhood memory is going to come back when I’m in there with you.”
Strickland, who has been open about his childhood trauma with his abusive father, took offense to Du Plessis’ comment and said he thought about headbutting him during their faceoff.
Me "Dpussy you gotta stop letting your coach grab your dick man"
Dpussy "yeah but you had a traumatic childhood and you're angry"
Well no shit.. Generally being angry and child abuse go hand and hand lmao….

It’ll be interesting to see what the UFC has to say about the latest string of personal attacks by fighters at press conference because it seems like fans don’t like it very much.
