Shane Beamer is making some noise prior to his second SEC Media Days appearance in Atlanta. The South Carolina head coach is going viral after the marketing team posted a video of him lip syncing Turn My Swag On by Soulja Boy.
Beamer is known for his interaction on social media, ranking as one of the top college football head coaches in media presence. The Gamecocks are using that to their advantage as much as possible.

The university released the clip as Beamer prepares for his Tuesday afternoon appearance at SEC Media Days. The event signals that college football is nearly here with Fall practice waiting just around the corner.
And Beamer should have much to talk about as he gears up for year two in Columbia. The Gamecocks landed a huge recruiting win by snagging Spencer Rattler from the transfer portal along with adding a few other nice pieces to the supporting cast.
South Carolina is hoping to improve upon a seven-win season in 2021 where they knocked off the likes of Florida, Auburn, and North Carolina over the final five games of the year.
Beamer isn’t the first coach to show off a little swag at the SEC Media Day event.
On day one, we saw Lane Kiffin and Eli Drinkwitz flash some impressive shoe game as they stepped up to the podium to discuss the upcoming year. I’m sure this won’t be the last we’ll see, either.
SEC fans were quick to react to Beamer’s viral video on social media.

And of course, with the South Carolina-Clemson rivalry, a few shots were thrown the Tigers’ way.
