It’s been a rough season for the Houston Texans this year, but that was largely expected considering the state of the roster. After several years of mediocrity, owner Janice and Bob McNair have fired Jack Easterby as the Executive Vice President of Football Operations. Finally, the fans have something to cheer for in the 2022 season.

Texans Fire Jack Easterby And Fans Are Absolutely Loving It

According to Adam Schefter, Houston is officially moving on from Jack Easterby. He was hired by the organization in 2019 and “had a major voice in the organization.” It’s been a bit rocky for the Texans the last few years but owners Janice and Bob McNair have finally made a big move in the hopes of creating a brighter future.

This is a big step for this franchise to get back on track. The Texans’ front office has been horrific in recent years. However, this change could get the team back on track sooner, rather than later. Either way, the fans are through the roof, as they’ve been less than impressed by Jack Easterby.

Hope is on the horizon, Texans fans.

This is a big win, indeed.

Smoke’m if you got’em!

With this major change in the front office, the Texans open up the possibility of putting its ugly past behind them. We’ll see how it plays out, but Houston has officially entered a new era.
