Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, AKA “The Mountain” from Game of Thrones, was at the Arnold Classic this past weekend showcasing his strength by casually breaking a world record during the strongman portion of the competition. I’m not sure what the previous record was, but Björnsson threw a 56-pound kettle bell 19’3″ into the air. And he didn’t get a didn’t get a bulging hernia from doing it, which might be the most impressive part of the entire feat.
