WWE champion Tiffany Stratton revealed a wild story of how she was stomped in the face by a man during a terrifying road rage incident. The incident that ended with her suffering a broken cheekbone and a five-month hiatus from NXT.
She made the admission after being asked if she had ever had any crazy fan interactions during an appearance this week on fellow WWE wrestler Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast.
Road rage gone very wrong
“Actually, I don’t know if I should talk about this, but I’m just going to talk about this,” the 26-year-old WWE superstar began. “So, actually when I was in NXT, after one of my matches, I cut somebody off in my parking garage and they were like yelling at me through their car.
“So, I pulled over. This is where my big balls come into play. And they pull over and a guy gets out of the car. So then I get out of the car. And we are talking s—, talking s—, then his girlfriend gets out of the car. Yeah, two on one. And I start talking s— with the girlfriend, and I push her, she pushes me back. We start f—— brawling. And then she takes her long a– nails, digs them in my braid and gets me down on the ground.
“And this is where it takes a turn. And the guy just f—— stomps on my face. I broke a facebone, nobody knows this, so you’re welcome. Broke a facebone! And that’s why I was out for so long in NXT… It was right here (points to her left cheekbone) and I still don’t have feeling in my tooth right here (points to her front tooth). I had a big footmark on my face, too.”
“Yo, he really stomped the s— out of you!” a stunned Logan Paul shot back. “I feel like you’re underplaying this!”
“Yeah, so I had a big footmark on my face too,” Stratton continued.
“This is insane!” Paul replied.
Did she ever get payback?
Tiffany Stratton was then asked if she had ever planned to or was able to get any revenge on the guy who stomped on her face. She said that she did try to find them, but was worried that once they found out who she was that she would end up somehow being sued.
“I don’t think they had money,” Stratton said. “The guy looked like a drug dealer.”
Then, out of nowhere, she continued the story with another wild revelation.
“So, actually, I left my phone there and I got in my car and I was obviously crying and I drove away and I had to go back to the parking garage and grab my phone and they started chasing after me!” she added.
