Tom Brady may be greatest NFL quarterback of all time (not that he or LeBron James thinks so), but he wasn’t always the man with the supermodel wife and five Super Bowl rings. Just like everyone else in life he had to start somewhere and for Brady it all started to get rolling for him at San Mateo Serra High School.
In what the school is calling “possibly Tom Brady’s first ever media interview in the summer of 1994,” Brady, while still just a lowly teen, seems to have his stuff pretty much together already. He discusses the positive qualities he possesses as a quarterback including arm strength, accuracy and a solid work ethic (little did we know).
Then when discussing the things he still needs to improve upon his lack of speed comes up with Brady saying, “I think I need to work on my speed a little bit, but that will come with time.”
Uh, no Tom, it didn’t, but you are already more than well-aware of that…

Wow, that might be even better than Brady’s resume from back when his NFL dream was still just that: a dream. Never say never, I guess, right?
