Welp, that surely wasn’t intentional but it for sure was equal parts hilarious and gross.
No way Toronto Maple Leafs goalie Jonathan Bernier actually meant to unload that loogie on a poor Tampa Bay Lightning player passing by during warm-ups before Monday’s game, but he definitely did, and thanks to some A+ camerawork, you can watch it over and over and over to your heart’s content.
(Why you’d want to do that, I don’t know, but admittedly I found myself watching it like 28 times in a row, in shock and awe each time Bernier made this face.)
Astonishment at its finest.
