Yesterday, we posted about Tony X aka @soIoucity, the bro who discovered hockey during Game 7 of the St. Louis Blues – Chicago Blackhawks playoff series and whose live tweets were the stuff of legends. Here’s a small sampling of his best efforts on Twitter during the 3-2 series-clinching win for the Blues…

Well, the Blues caught wind of his elite tweets and invited Tony X to attend Game 3 of the upcoming Round 2 series against the Dallas Stars at the arena for free and soIoucity’s response was on point…

Jacket? No, bruh. You get yourself a Vladimir Tarasenko sweater and boo the doo doo out of Tyler Seguin. Maybe print out cut-outs of the faces of all of Seguin’s former flames and flings, hand ’em out to the crowd and get inside his mind space. Of course, Seguin might eat that shit up and go for a hat trick. Worth the risk, though.
Watching hockey on TV is awesome. Watching hockey in person is orgasmic.
As a Devils fan, I’m still disgusted by Martin Brodeur signing with the Blues when he should’ve just retired a Devil, but I’m all for a deep Cup run by The Lou. I’m just happy the Blackhawks won’t be in the Finals. I used to be a huge Curtis Joseph fan back in the day. Even made a nice lil’ painting of CuJo in art class. I should really eBay that ‘ish and pay for soIoucity’s Blues sweater.
