Vontae Davis was one of the better cornerbacks in the NFL during his prime years in the league. However, he’s mainly known for infamously retiring in the middle of a game.
Now, it appears he’s run into a little trouble.
According to Andy Slater, Vontae Davis was recently arrested for a DUI.

Additionally, “Davis ‘allegedly crashed into a disabled car on the side of the highway, which then hit a person next to it.’ Officers then allegedly found Davis sleeping, and when they asked why he was sleeping on the shoulder, Davis replied, ‘I was tired,'” per Slater.
Reports indicate Vontae Davis didn’t suffer any injuries. However, “The person Davis allegedly struck was taken to a hospital with ‘multiple injuries.”
In the end, NFL fans can’t help but react to Vontae Davis’ situation. Their reactions range from unoriginal jokes to voicing their concern.
